Mô tả công việc
Monitor and inspect all piping fabrication, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Perform visual inspections, dimensional checks, fit-up inspections, and welding inspections for piping systems.
Verify piping materials, MTCs, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), welder qualifications, and NDT reports.
Review piping isometric drawings, spool drawings, and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable codes (ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1, API, etc.).
Witness pressure testing, hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, flushing, and reinstatement activities.
Coordinate with construction, engineering, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure inspection tools and measuring equipment are calibrated and properly maintained.
Participate in hold-point and witness-point inspections in accordance with the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and punch list follow-up.

Yêu cầu
8+ years of QA/QC experience, with strong focus on piping construction.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
Experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, LNG, or Energy projects.
Strong knowledge of ASME B31.3, ASME IX, API Standards, and international piping codes.
Familiar with welding inspection, NDT methods, and pressure testing requirements.
ISO 9001 Auditor certification is preferred.
Good communication skills and ability to work with multinational teams.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
