QC Manager (Mechanical)

Compliance company regulations.
Compliance to company ISO system related to the work scope.
Check and reply email at least 2 times per day.
Assigned the tasks to staff in beginning shift.
Coordinate with internal departments for calibration.
Monitoring and keep record of all QC tool & equipment list, list of inspection fixtures.
Monitoring external calibration situation and update external calibration list.
Perform daily check for accuracy of main measuring tools& equipment in the QC room.
Establish, review and discuss with Quality Manager on schedule & monitoring for maintenance & preservation for measured equipment or tooling.
Establish master form inspection report for in process and final inspection each operation for new part.
Thoroughly inspects any parts (dimensions or cosmetic with or without microscope).
Take responsibility in checking first article of new parts.
Experience in using any inspection method as automat CMM, Manual CMM , Micro vu , comparator ...
Must be able to program on the automatic CMM when needed.
Conduct training on daily basis if any new drawing is introduced.
Provide training to QC inspectors on methods for inspection.
Review with QC Manager, Production manager, Technical Manager on discrepant parts need to issue reject tag.
Discuss with other relevant departments to take corrective action of reject parts.
Report immediately to Quality Manager if any discrepant parts found.
Ensure accuracy, clarity in the any document, quality record and report of QC department.
Participate in MRB meeting relating to quality issue or new product introduction.
Attend management meeting for time to time.
Performed other tasks assigned by Quality Manager/ Vice President /President.
