Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a QC Manager (Steel, $1000, ID12613)
Plan and allocate QC personnel across shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the production process, and make quality-related decisions in accordance with established standards.
Oversee the implementation of ISO procedures across all departments, identify and resolve nonconformities, and ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system.
Coordinate customer and Sales Department requests for product sorting by arranging the necessary manpower, equipment, and materials.
Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints, working closely with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Carry out any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirement
Gender: Male; Age: 30 - 40 years old
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the steel rolling, galvanizing, or pre-painted steel manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of technical standards for pre-painted galvanized steel sheets, such as JIS G3312, ASTM, and EN standards.
Good understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
