QC Manager

1. Quality Control Management:
- Oversee and manage all quality control activities during production.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies.
- Monitor the entire production process from raw material sourcing to finished.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests of garments at various stages.
2. Team Leadership:
- Supervise and train the QC team to perform inspections effectively.
- Provide feedback to ensure quality standards and production targets are met.
3. Problem Solving:
- Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Handle customer complaints and propose solutions to prevent recurrence.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Support communication and translation during meetings and factory visits.
- Maintain inspection records and quality control reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QC reports for management and buyers.
- Record quality deviations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
5. Supplier & Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality standards.
- Perform incoming inspection on fabrics, trims, and other materials for compliance.
6. Process Improvement:
- Continuously improving production processes to enhance product quality
7. Audits and Inspections:
- Lead internal and external quality audits to evaluate QC system effectiveness.
- Ensure inspections at all key stages meet specifications before shipment.
