Mô tả công việc
Responsible for the end-to-end project development and quality assurance, improve the quality of products and reduce quality incidents. Be competent for the under-mentioned tasks and ready to undertake as assignments from the Quality Manager.
1. To deliver the product life cycle quality assurance including product development, manufacturing, delivery and
quality improvement.
2. Develop and manage our new and existing product ranges.
3. Address the potential quality/ safety risk during development stage; work with Sourcing team on sample checking
and approval during development stage.
4. Ensure products complied with quality and testing requirements.
5. Establish product report with all quality standard and product specification after sample approval.
6. Establish/improve product manual with sourcer and supplier
7. Working with supplier to ensure smooth production and product delivery.
8. Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improvement.
9. Follow up CS complaints .Work with supplier to investigate the root cause and establish corrective and preventive
action plan. Follow up the action plan until fully closed. Update the status in Jira timely.
10. Support Dutch team to reply/solve CS queries on both pre-sales and after-sales.
11. Review inspection report and advise follow up actions for "Pending" "Fail" issues. Confirm the inspection result for
shipment release.
12. Perform in-line inspection and pre-shipment inspection at manufacturing sites in peak season

*** Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree in Science/Engineering or related disciplines
*** Skills, Abilities and Knowledge Requirements
1. At least 3 years Quality Control and Assurance in buying offices or factories.
2. Familiar with indoor/outdoor furniture.
3. Experience in project follow up, manufacturing process, QC/QA.
4. Some knowledge of UK/European/USA/Australia Directives and Standards
5. Be able to evaluate samples and propose modifications
6. Good presentation, report writing and follow up skills
7. Good command of written English
8. Good team player-able to show initiative and work independently as well as within a team environment
9. Able to work under pressure and result-oriented
10. Computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel
11. Good interpersonal & communication skills
12. Frequent travel within Vietnam will be required
