QS Manager

Our client is an Investor in construction field. We are looking for potential talent for the position of QS manager with details:
Pre-contract stage:
Propose contract package and type of contract for Client.
Make pre-qualification of potential contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers for project.
Meeting Consultants, suppliers, contractors for time schedule, drawing issuance for tender documents.
Manage team for taking off quantity and set up Bill of Quantity.
Preparation BOQ, Measurement/Estimating.
Prepare Tender documents and tender procedures; including contractual conditions as FIDIC/other forms specified by the Client.
Make tender clarification questionnaire to tenderers.
Discuss to Client and Design Consultants for value engineering options.
Interview tenderers including contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Make Tender report with detail clarification to tender submissions.
Make Letter of Acceptance or Letter of Intention.
Make Contract document.
Checking insurance from contractors and suppliers as CAR or goods & storage's insurance.
Post-contract stage:
Attend consultant meetings for project working system and other related contractual system.
Attend all meetings of Client, Design Consultants, Project manager and Contractors for contractual matters.
Check eligible legal documents from contractor submission.
Check eligible scope for construction insurance.
Evaluate Variations at construction project.
Make cost assessment to revised designs, specification and changing material.
Propose cash-flow for project.
Check material on site and/or material off site, including related insurance for those works.
Make Interim Payment Certificate to Client and Project Management Consultant.
Make Financial Statements to Client
Settle dispute arise from design consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Contractual advice to Client.
Make Final Contract Amount and Final Statement.
