Mô tả công việc
Main responsibilities:
QSHE management
1. Create QSHE procedures and standards;
2. Establish and maintain quality processes compliant; quality control plan;
3. Define quality and safety objectives and monitor KPIs;
4. Develop, together with pharma project team, pharma quality processes. Be the expert consultant for all pharma implementation projects, with regards to quality requirements;
QSHE Training
5. Conduct QSHE policy training for related employees;
6. Implement, develop, promote awareness and positive acceptance of the QSHE standards to ensure adherence throughout the organization to achieve customer satisfaction;
QSHE Audit
7. Plan a schedule and perform regular internal audits for in charge scopes;
8. Lead vendor evaluation exercise;
Operation excellence
9. Maintain and implement an active and effective Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) program;
10. Control of non-conforming analysis, CAR (corrective action report);
11. Change control creation, analysis, implementation, monitoring, completion and verification;
12. Conduct customer complaint analysis/ investigation, CAR;
Other tasks
13. Prepare periodic reports as required for the position;
14. Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications, skills and experience required:
Degree: Bachelor's degree.
Major: Quality or industrial management.
Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge about quality management system and SHE.
- Advanced knowledge of MS office (excel, word, powerpoint, etc...)
Experience:
- At least 05 years of experience in position of QSHE management preferably in logistics/ forwarding or pharma company.
- At least 05 years of experience in position of QSHE with supervisory roles preferably in logistics/ forwarding or pharma company.
Language: Good command of English at all skills.
Other required skills and requirements:
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning and organizational skills;
- Strong initiative, exercise sound judgement, and take appropriate action when necessary, strong interpersonal skills;
- Positive mindset and ability to work in high pressure;
- Have good ethics and self-discipline.
