Quality Assurance & Compliance Staff (Food Manufacturing)

Education
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management, Biotechnology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
Experience
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Compliance, Food Safety, Quality Systems, or Internal Audit within food manufacturing, beverage, FMCG, or production environments.
• Experience participating in GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, or related food safety management systems is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
• Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, Food Safety, Quality Management Systems (QMS), CAPA, and document control processes.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting internal audits and compliance inspections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work in production environments and rotating shifts.
