International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf a leading multinational manufacturer and provider of machinery. Our client is seeking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Lead with at least 7 years' QA experience.
Job Summary:
Reporting to QA Director. The QA Lead is expected to provide oversight and input to all aspects of quality assurance including applying industry best practices, developing new testing solutions and methods, and establishing metrics.
Job Responsibilities:
Understanding the firm's quality standards and the quality requirements of customers
Sharing and instructing necessary actions with team and partners to satisfy quality requirements
Operating and improving quality inspection process
Setting quality standard plan and executing necessary strategy to realize the exponential growth of the platform
Establishing team and organization to create reliable supply chain
Resolving issues that come up (defect, delay, accidents)
Collaborating with other department for continuous quality improvement
Ensure that ISO 22000, BRC, and HACCP system standards are updated and maintained.
Ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
Supervising inspectors and providing guidance and feedback.

· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 -10 years relevant experiences in manufacturing
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Communication, Logical thinking skills.
· Be able to communicate effectively in both Vietnamese and English
