We look for QA senior staff , QA staff and QA Junior staff

- Control the quality of production process.
- Monitor the compliance with the QMS requirements at production process,
support the improvement of production process about the quality field.
- Handle the company internal quality trouble and external customers claim.
Prevent from the expansion of internal quality trouble as well as external
customers claim, Investigate the root cause, review the countermeasure
and monitor the result.
- Establish and maintain the quality management system (QMS) in accordance
with the requirement of ISO9001, ISO/TS16949 stamdards as well as
Bridgestone corporation standatrds.
-Draft the standard, procedure of QMS, Regularly review the company QMS,
propose and implement the necessary improvement.
-Training activity :Implement the training activities to enhance the awareness
of quality assurance for all company employees

- Ability to work a flexible schedule coincidental with manufacturing functions
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
