- Making specific plans to ensure quality, and proposing policies and programs on quality to the Corporation's Board of Director with Quality Manager;
- Being responsible for the certification, maintenance and evaluation of the Quality Management System;
- Advise the head of the department and guide the members in the department on quality improvement;
- Monitor the work progress of team members to maintain and control documents and work related to the Quality Management System;
- Plan, organize and directly conduct internal audits, risk control, validation, apply established troubleshooting measures within defined time;
- Training knowledge related to QA department for team members and other departments;
- Supporting QMR, Quality Manager and the board of Directors in the quality management of the internal management system according to the management system standards of the whole Corporation;
- Making plans - reporting on the internal audit program in the Corporation and monitoring, supporting corrective action to ensure the internal management system is functioning;
- Making monthly/unscheduled reports and doing other tasks as requested by superiors
