Brief summary of job profile:
Responsible for auditing Highlands Coffee stores based on standard of company, policy of Viet Nam about product, food safety and hygiene, service, cleanliness and condition.
Train food safety & hygiene for newcomer of Highlands Coffee stores (if needed)
Key Accountabilities:
Ensure the store serving customers to ensure food safety & hygiene and product quality standards at Highlands Coffee stores through auditing Quality Management System (QMS)
Train food safety & hygiene for newcomer of Highlands Coffee stores.
Attend training sessions from other departments and company
Submit all weekly reports on time
Join weekly meeting of team on time
Support NPD & MKT in launching new products at the store
Support District Manager's group related to food safety & hygiene, product standard, Certificate of Analysis document...
