Work location:
AkzoNobel Vietnam - Lot I4-1 Que Vo 1 Industrial Zone, Phuong Lieu, Que Vo, Bac Ninh.
Job purpose:
Implement QC inspections/ testing including incoming raw materials/ in process and finished goods to ensure that the products delivered to the customer meet the agreed quality standards.
Key Responsibility:
To perform the RM incoming inspections to ensure that all RM batches comply with the set specification.
To perform Quality Control on all the production batches prior to sending to customer and to ensure that all the production batches comply with the set specification.
Check the list of modified specification before production and update the BOM if any changes.
Check & correct the abnormal products in shift operation to ensure the product meet QC standard.
Manages retained sample based on SOP.
Report the quality incident (vendor and internal quality issue) to SAP QN. Do PGR to find out the root cause and implement the preventive actions.
Daily equipment calibration.
Implement Company program (ALPS/SAQ/PSM/ISO/ etc. in QC as superior requirement.
Comply to the HSE Policy, procedures and Life Saving Rules of Company, complete 2BBS/month.
Other tasks assigned by QC Manager.

Education: College degree in Chemical, Material, Industrial Management or related major.
1-3 year-experience in relevant position.
English: intermediate level.
Understanding about quality management system.
Good team work and commucation skills.
Sensitive to color.
