Mô tả công việc
• Ensure finished products are in compliance with all buyer approved quality standards
• Review preproduction samples/SMS prior to sample approval and conduct preproduction meeting with vendors to align quality standard prior to production
• Conducts inspections for in-line and final audits at vendor's factories to meet with the approval samples and standard requirements. Reports should reach quality management for review on a daily basis
• Recommend methods for improvement of product quality to factory at early stage to ensure smooth production flow
• Liaising and coordination with vendors/factories and counterparts for quality and workmanship issues of the bulk production and to resolve any problems thereof
• Monitor merchandise delivery situation with the orders confirmation and be able to raise immediate alert when necessary
• Work with Supervisor and to prepare and follow up the product quality issues handling
• Work with supervisor and vendors to improve process control to achieve quality level that meet TB requirement.
• Keep update on factory's production activities on competitors to convey those information for our management's reference whenever necessary
• Monitoring quality control procedures as well as keeping a good filing record
Yêu cầu
EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE
• Diploma holder in Jewelry or related disciplines
• 5-8 years quality control experience for jewelry, experience on accessories items be a credit,
• Strong knowledge on the production flows as well as having experience at workshop be preference
• Familiar with testing standards and methods;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills: English, Vietnamese, mandarin would be preference
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to prioritize
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
• Adaptable for travelling.
