Supporting the existing quality management system (QMS) and developing it in line with new production processes;
Ensuring stable and high-quality product manufacturing;
Supporting new products through all stages of production
Creating statistical and analytical data on indicators (FTT/FPY (first time pass rate), OBA (outlier sampling), Scrap (rejects), RTV (return to vendor);
Risk-oriented approach to new product launches, risk assessment and prediction;
Coordination of production and development departments in case of non-compliance with new product launches.
Build up P-FMEA to identify risk of all process and take corrective and preventive action
Yêu cầu
Technical education (preferably in electronics, radio electronics, instrument engineering) or education in the field of quality management systems;
Basic knowledge of production equipment and technological processes;
Ability to collect and process information
Knowledge and ability to use basic quality analysis tools;
Creative thinking;
Critical thinking;
Google Document (mainly spreadsheets and presentations).
Has knowledge about IPC-A-610 standard, root cause analysis and problem solving
Has knowledge about electronic production process as SMT, DIP, Testing
