Mô tả công việc
Implement and maintain QMS (Quality Management System)
Handle FATP feedback on quality issues and customer visit
Identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
Conduct line validation and HVM readiness audit
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met
Prepare and present quality reports and documentation
Ensure compliance with ISO and IATF16949 standards
Participate in internal and external audits
Train and mentor junior staff on quality control processes and standards
Implement and maintain process monitoring, and change control system (SPC, CCB, VMS)
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field
3-5 years of working experience
Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies
Familiarity with ISO and IATF16949 standards is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Team collaboration, effective communication and presentation skills
English communication skills (speaking, listening and writing) are mandatory
Good in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
