Quality Manager - Distribution Center

- Degree in quality, industrial, engineering, or similar technical degree is preferred
- 5+ years of experience with quality assurance, manufacturing and/or distribution processes, supplier quality management, auditing or in a similar role.
- Capable of autonomous work, self-driven individual.
- Demonstrated ownership of the assigned areas of responsibility.
- Practical / applied knowledge of quality assurance, quality control and risk mitigation tools and processes.
- Strong communication skills, open to learning and open to share learnings.
- Preferably experience with working in a global environment, with different cultures and time zones with direct manager in another region.
- Time flexible to be able to work in global team (working across multiple time zones).
- Being proactive and strive for improvements in both, assigned area of responsibility and within the team.
- Flexibility to travel according to the business needs either within the country or abroad multiple times per year. (Approx. 1 day per week locally, and 1-3 times per year abroad for a one to two weeks period, incl. cross regional travel)
