Mô tả công việc
* Solution project:
Planning, define, consulting QA activites related to project
Leading eisp meeting to confirm scope, QA areas & schedule of Product Validation (PV) for project
Guide/training quality process for dev team
Discuss/communication with HQ PM, GDCV PM, QA members about project & testing progress, issue arise
Issue tracking & report (Jira Confirm, Dev. Progress check)
Perform inspection (Each QA area progress check, Entry Criteria check to meet target before start PV.. )
Perform Code inspection (Code review, SAM, Repository check, Code Inspection)
Make PV Report & share to related departments
* Operation project:
1. Performing Operation level audit to check the operation level of GDCV project such as: operation environment, service availability, service request/change management, failure management, etc., in the first and second half of the year :
Selection of inspection/audit project target
Discussing/Review with operation department about the target & make plan
Audit documents, data, interview PM/operator
Discussing with operation department about audit result : Strength points & improvement requirement points
Make report & share with related departments
Following /Guide PM about the improvement requirement items after finish the audit (corrective action result)
2. Perform operation transfer inspection when have any request
3. Monitor operation project transfer status & analysis, report issues when have any
Yêu cầu
4 - 5 Years (at least 3 years for experience in quality management related fields : Tester, PQA, QC)
Quality inspection, auditing, quality management and testing experience, Process Quality Assuarance
Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications (Jira, Confluence, SonarQue...) and databases
Knowledge of tools and methodologies of QA
Certifications including
Quality Auditor,
Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate (ISO, ITIL, ISTQB..) is an advantage
