Ensures that the Management System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 17025, ISO 17065 standards and new Decree 133/2025/ND-CP (superseding Decree 107/2016/ND-CP).
Ensure Hardline Lab fulfill company quality policy and local certification body requirement
Provide quality training to operation team and all the quality activty (i.e. PT and RRT test)
Coordinate inter-lab and intra-lab activities and also analyze the corresponding results
Check and monitor the internal document shall fulfill company quality policy and local certification body requirement
Participate in drafting of quality documentation, and ISO/IEC 17025 lab accreditation activities
Other duties upon requested

Bachelor Degree or above
At least 1-2 year experience in quality contorl role
Ability to mange multiple task
Able to work independently and working under pressure
Strong problem solving and communciation skill
Fluent in English
