Quality Supervisor (Cashew Production) - Working Place: Ba Ria - Vung Tau

POSITION SUMMARY:
Acom Agrotrade, a commodities and supply chain merchant, is actively recruiting the role of Quality Supervisor for Cashew Processing factory.
Acom's Edible Nuts Division is a rapidly growing business for the company.
This role would suit a mature, hands-on, qualified quality professional with at least 3 years' experience in both fully automated and semi-automated cashew processing facilities. The suitable candidate must have a proven track record in leading Quality control, Food safety management & Customer complain redressal activities of the Factory.
The role reports into the Cluster Head (Technical) Edible Nuts division. The role is based in Viet Nam.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role will have the following key responsibilities:
1. Manufacturing and Quality administration - leading Quality of a processing facility to ensure strict quality control and quality assurance for all processing steps and FG produced that is in keeping with regulatory standards and meets customer needs.
2. Planning and control to ensure a strict adherence to shipment quality standards including sampling activities, waste disposal sales, uniform loading of product etc.
3. Quality: To ensure that all FG is produced in adherence to the laid down standards & specifications and dispatched is made on-time as per the sales order.
4. Should coordinate with 3rd party agency for FG testing and reports
5. Risk management including production ensure that all points of QMS/ FSM systems are implemented in all sphere of factory activities
6. Quality Management System: Must have a thorough knowledge and implementation experience of various QMS/ FSMs
7. Should be able to analyze market feedback and Agree for a corrective action plan & implement, in order to resolve any issue.
8. Safety: to ensure implementation of systems to prevent any safety incident at the work place.
9. must ensure that all samples of Kernel dispatch is stored and preserved for easy identification & re-analysis
10. Must ensure preservation of all records (Production & Quality, FG & Dispatch) for ready traceability and easy access at all time.
11. Should ensure that any deviation from laid down work-flow is highlighted and corrective action is implemented in consultation with concerned people.
12. Should plan and lead the training & coaching of team on Food quality & Safety requirements & its importance
13. People management: Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with all internal stakeholders, suppliers & customers
14. Data Management: Insuring authenticity & integrity of data being captured for Process activities, in all sections. And the same is collated and reported in required format on-time
15. Should take part in performance analysis and improvement exercises
16. Provide leadership to execute agreed improvement points
17. Ensure that value generation through Processing is maximized in all factories.
