Quality Technician (Hợp đồng 12 tháng, Đi ca)

PART 2: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
• To carry out physical test, monitor quality in-process to ensure Finish Goods (FGs) quality meet
specification and customer expectation.
• This role works collaboratively with cross functional team to drive for quality performance and
compliance in factory
PART 3: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - BUSINESS
• Quality Performance and Compliance
• Accurate and timely delivery of physical analysis results for in-process
parameters of FGs. Analyze quality data to support Quality Manager for quality
decision makings.
• Maintain Quality equipment in good condition with minimum down time or
unavailability, manage maintenance schedule, ensure accuracy
• Assure that final FGs quality meeting specification and customer expectation.
• Work closely with Production to handle Quality Alerts and Incidents, identify root
cause and corrective actions in shift
• Support Pest and Hygiene Management activities (pest control, fumigation, etc.,)
to minimize beetle in factory, ensure beetle KPIs are delivered
• Support for In-coming Inspection of WMS.
• Manage Lab Quality manual, procedures, and work instructions
• Assist Quality Manager in raising ideas to improve and simplify quality control
process
• Support for internal quality audit in factory: PI&T, P&HM and QAT
• IWS
• Ensure Q Pillar tools (Quality Trigger) are fully followed with quality in shift
• Support in implementing Q DMSs (QBOS, QIE and CuCoE) effectively in shopfloor
PART 4: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - PEOPLE
• Build strong collaborative working relationships with Functional Leadership Team and
also cross functional employees
• Maintain good business relationships with key stakeholders: SMD production, Technical
team, Warehouse
• Self-development by undertaking a capability gap analysis (leadership & functional
competency) then proactive drive development plan to ensure the skill and knowledge
levels meet expectations.
• Hold self-responsible for high standards of delivery, on time and in full.
• Build up IWS skill through self-learning or involve in IWS / Q Pillar activities in factory.
