- Developing Dealer network and promote Yanmar's Agricultural products to Dealers network, Smooth operation of Company through responsibilities
- Make sales plan by responsible area or dealers to manager
- Try the best to achieve sales target base on company sales target
- Manage order from dealer by year, month & week by hard & soft field
- Support to dealer for recording in soft & hard field
- Responsible for payment from dealer must be on time & correct
- Keep tracking for order under bank guarantee term & order dffer payment if any
- Training to dealer for improve dealer sales & promotion activity
- Periodically arrange schedule for training to dealer
- Dealer Operation Evaluation
- Make dealer operation evaluation sheet to evaluate dealer performance
- Suggest for solution to improve their operation more effective
- Must obey all company policy & sales policy
- Keep confidential information to sensitive issue related to sales-
- Develop & Manage Relationship with Dealer
- Develop dealer relation by support & closely communication with dealer to get believe from dealer
- Manage dealer relation base on sales policy guideline
- Solve all the issue that make wonder or complaint from dealer
- Report for sales activity & dealer sales activity
- Report for dealer status for sales & other issue related
Yêu cầu
- Diploma degree in Mechanical/Automation/Machine
- At least 2 year for Sales in Agricultural, Automotive, Construction machine
- Good communication, and English Intermediate
- Prefer candidate have experience related.
- Able to go out on regular business trips to the market.
