POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Position: BIM Team Leader
Type of employee: full-time
Report to: Shareholder (expat)
Working location: 2nd floor, Anna building, Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward (District 12), Ho Chi Minh City
Working time: 08:00 am - 5:50 pm, Monday to Friday
This position is hired for a DIGI-TEXX partner; the employment contract will be signed directly with the partner.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead BIM & MEP team, ensuring effective task allocation and progress tracking.
Oversee the quality and accuracy of BIM models derived from point cloud data.
Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and technical standards.
Drive continuous improvement of workflows and team performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest point cloud processing tools, software, and technologies.
Provide training, guidance, and onboarding support for new team members.
Work closely with the shareholder (expat), prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation for internal use.
Yêu cầu
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM, including at least 1 year in management role.
Proficient in Revit, Point Cloud processing tools, AutoCAD, and ArchiCAD.
Experience with European BIM standards/projects (Germany, Switzerland, etc.)
MUST have strong English communication skills (reporting directly to German shareholder)
Passion for learning and staying up to date with new technologies
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
