Mô tả công việc
- Negotiates with suppliers and verifies and authorizes purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Monitoring the purchasing process follow company's policy and suggest for improving it.
- Ensure proper placing of Purchase Orders: quantity, price, terms and conditions, delivery schedule and payment terms
- Follow up quality issues with supplier based on feedback from other sections
- Managing / training the staffs within the Purchasing Section
- Seeking & selecting suppliers which providing best price and quality
- Coordinating with concerned sections solving issues which concerning to Purchasing affairs.
- Following up other tasks such as ISO documents, 5S, Cost Reduction Project, ect...
Yêu cầu
- Work location: VSIP Quang Ngai
- English is fluently (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- University: Foreign Trade, Import - Export, Business Administration, Economic
- At least 7 years experience of Purchasing field and 3 years similar position
- Well-knowledge of purchasing and import process
- Good communication, negotiation, reporting skill, logical thinking
