Mô tả công việc
• Ha Noi Dealership daily operations management
• Sales and marketing plan development and execution
• Monitor daily sales, after sales, showroom
• Harley-Davidson, Triumph, Royal Enfield Owner Group's establishment and support
• People management and leadership (including recruiting and hiring)
• Planning and developing short and long term goals
• Forecasting and achieving sales and service sales targets
• Taking responsibility of business results and P&L
• Plan and monitor marketing activities
• Motorcycle market monitoring and analysis
• Inventory management
• Monitoring dealership key performance indicators
• Overseeing dealership monthly financial statements
• Communication with brand owners
• Reporting to GD
• Product planning
• Building positive work environment
• Handling customer complains that department managers are not able to solve
• Maintaining dealership facilities in good condition
Yêu cầu
• Post Graduate Qualification in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 10 year experience in vehicle industry
• Minimum 5 year experience in a similar role
• Expert understanding Vietnamese vehicle market
• Understanding of financial documents
• Computer Skills (MS Office)
• A2 License (preferred)
• English Fluency both spoken and written
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management experience
