Mô tả công việc
Manage and develop FDI sector (F&B, chemical, W&WW (water and waste water), general industries) to meet sales target
Analyze target markets; prepare and propose business plan and action plan for each scenario
Develop sales strategies to reach out to new prospective customers and/or industries
Constantly meet up with customers to generate new sales leads related to E&I and M&E projects
Proactively establish and maintain relationships with consultants and corporate partners/clients
Maintain contact with all clients to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
Receive and resolve customer complaints/problems in a timely manner
Attend site visits to determine projects' scope of work
Keep up-to-date with latest technologies in the E&I, M&E industry to provide value addition to customers
Negotiate tender and contract terms; close sales by agreeing terms and conditions
Prepare commercial proposal and technical proposal for customers
Liaise with suppliers to prepare quotations in trading opportunities
Work closely with procurement/project management/ proposal teams during quotations and proposals preparation
Support marketing team by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Make technical presentations to demonstrate how company products and services will meet client's needs
Provide a weekly project pipeline update to CCO and support CCO for any reasonable tasks assigned"
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor in Electrical or Automation Engineering or relevant disciplines
English: business level
Computing: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
2+ years of work experience in E&I, M&E project sales for industrial plants
Able to interpret P&IDs (piping and instrumental diagrams), electrical drawings
Understanding of ISO 9001 QMS
Able to travel to other provinces and countries for business
Japanese: conversational level
Strong leadership, organizational and planning capabilities
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong focus in providing customer-oriented service
Good working attitude with high level of professionalism, integrity and teamwork
Able to do multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
