We are recruiting 01 Sports Leader (Department Manager) for our new store in Aeon Mall Ha Dong (with an area of 1,000 m2). You will be participating in the expansion project of the current store.
- Working Location: Decathlon Store in Aeon Mall Ha Dong
- Working time: 40 hours/week (5 days including Saturday and Sunday - you will take 2 weekdays off)
THE MISSION
As the leader of a Sports Department in the Decathlon store, you have a mission to sustainably bring Decathlon products to sports users by sharing your sports passion. To fulfill your mission, you and your team ensure the "WOW" experience of customers in the store and connect with sports users through the sports communities (clubs, tournaments, events, playgrounds) and digital social networks.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
● In the store, as a leader of the team, you are in charge of recruitment, training-coaching, and management of your direct teammates.
● You serve the customers physically and digitally, and you develop and animate your commercial policies thanks to a good communication plan, management of your stock, your merchandising, and your range of products.
● You are responsible for the profit & loss of your department.
● You join with other store captains to ensure the daily operational tasks of the whole store.
