Responsible for strategic and operational management of the clinic to deliver service excellence and profitability. Duties include:
• Managing floor operations to provide hands on support for patients flow as well as engagement to ensure best patients' experience
• Ensuring compliance to protocols without compromising efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintenance of all equipment & facilities to ensure ongoing good condition
• Maintain cleanliness, completeness and orderliness of clinic at all times
• Managing duty rosters and shift work of staff to support operational hours of clinic
• Support marketing activities to promote clinic such as campaigns, events and partnerships
• Ensure readiness of clinic at all times for inspections from regulators
• Administrative tasks related to operations of the clinic
• People management including training, coaching and staff development planning
• Responsible for financial performance of clinic including business volume & productivity, expense management and profitability
• Liaison with head office for alignment
• All other tasks as assigned by higher management
