Mô tả công việc
Lead programmatic (always on) media campaigns
• Develop and champion programmatic and advanced targeting strategy, including investment rationale for digital media budgets, impactful content and technology recommendations, pushing forward our precision marketing initiatives
• Maximize digital effectiveness by proactive proposing customized channel mix based on brand objectives
• Cut spend on value-diluting activities and manage potential budget increments and cuts on a day to day base. Manage programmatic media budget and track spend effectiveness in a detailed way
Drive data driven marketing
• Develop KPI & metrics framework to steer digital media always -on optimizations
• Building new digital data views to support the business
• Develop harmonized reporting across brands
• Manage experiments (test & learn), digital research and analysis and set learning agenda to deliver effectiveness insights and key believes, in close collaborations with data analyst, media agency & brand teams
• Help determine brands digital learning agenda and priorities
• Collaborate with communication and integrated marketing teams for continuous optimization of brand campaigns and messaging
• Ensure that ROI of campaigns are measured by applying techniques such as A/B testing, sales uplift modelling and Brand lift
• Adjust the plan throughout the year based on effectiveness ( & availability) of creative, budget shift or key learnings from our performance metrics
Lead Data arsenal and audience segmentation across brands
• Develop personalized messaging on scale across our brands
• Define digital consumer journey & map to increase relevancy & conversion rate %
• Support to define data strategy
Support integrated media
• Support integrated media manager with planning, budget proposal and implementation of key beliefs
• Maximize digital effectiveness by proactive proposing customized channel mix based on brand objectives
• Drive digital media transparency and day to day efficiency optimization
• Partner with media agency & CMI to evaluate and understand the impact of digital media and behavioral metrics on business and attitudinal metrics to driver greater effectiveness and efficiency
• Develop guidelines for spending allocations to advanced audience targeting and programmatic buying, continually refresh based on campaign results and industry benchmarks
Drive digital media innovation
• Pioneer and lead in creating new engagement channels to help the business unleash new categories and geographical relevant consumer needs.
• Propose new and innovative ways to reach our target consumer segments
• Collaborate with communications and integrated marketing teams on brand campaigns & messaging
Lead the digital strategy for B2C ecommerce
• Work closely with brand team, ecommerce and agency partners to develop and execute highly effective B2C ecommerce media plan
• Evaluate Media mix versus objectives
• Adjust plan throughout the year based on effectiveness of creative, availability of creative, budget shifts and/or key learning's from performance metrics
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor or Master degree, preferable in business/marketing or related field
• Min. of 3-5 years of digital media relevant experience; a strong background in in programmatic, integrated marketing communications and digital planning/buying is essential for this role
• Experience using digital marketing technologies/software to include one or more of the following: DSP,DMP, CDP, bid management, Google 360 Analytics or other digital marketing platforms
• Experience with social media channels; Facebook, GoogleAdwords, Youtube, Instagram
• Agency/client relations (either on agency or client side)
• English & Office skill
