Mô tả công việc
- Manage, control, motivate and coaching the Production team to achieve the goals in term of Quality, Cost, Delivery including support to drive the System global standard and Lean Manufacturing to improve the business results.
- Managing the overall Production and ensuring the full execution of all services delivered to customers.
- Monitoring overall Production performance and formulating improvement actions where necessary including ensuring that the production cost is effective.
- Supporting the business planning, budget, continuous improvement and cost saving measures.
- Monitoring product standards and implementing the quality built-in process concept.
- Ensuring that IATF 16949 are implemented.
- Support to implement the all plant activities to achieve the targets and improve the manufacturing performance.
- Responsible for capacity, manpower, raw material, and machine planning.
Yêu cầu
- 15-year working experience in manufacturing management; at least 10-year experience in automotive industries.
- Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering (IE, Mechanical or related field)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good command in English.
- Teamwork skill: Actively promote team work.
- High leadership skill.
