Mô tả công việc
General and detail legal advice for the clients;
Manage a Team with 3 to 5 persons;
Keep clients be updated of Vietnamese legal and regulatory;
Regularly update the law and provide information to Company leaders, staffs and related departments;
Representative of clients to establish new enterprise / adjust for enterprise's license;
Representative of clients for legal procedures in M & A jobs;
Check and prepare contracts, documents for clients and Company;
Liaises with external counsel (Investment Department, State Bank, Social Insurance Department, Labor Department...) on legal jobs;
Making monthly/ quarterly/ yearly reports for authorities;
Ensuring the Company's activities comply with the procedures and regulations of the law.
Yêu cầu
Gender: Any
Age: from 28 to 32
University degree or above, major in Law;
At least 05 years of legal working experience in legal consulting firms or law firms;
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese with good communication skill for interaction with the Government, the Judicial system and negotiating parties;
Good time and task management skills;
Experience in managing Team;
Good drafting and advising skills;
In-depth law knowledge of civil, commerce, business, and labor...

Salary Range: Up to Gross 2500 USD(depends on candidates' experience and skills)
