Mô tả công việc
1. Administration:
Arrange travel and work schedule for Centre Manager
Organize team meetings, conference calls and take meeting minutes.
Organize and maintain filing system of documents related to the department
Manage logbook/visitor attendance records as per Centre Management Office security procedures
Keep the reception area at Center Management Office safe and clean
Regularly follow-up and update report status of works from other departments.
2. Reception:
Welcome guests, receive and transfer coming calls
Handle inquiries from customers, tenants, contractors and staff of Centre Management Office
Receive and distribute all couriers/mails on time.
Perform other tasks assigned by Centre Manager.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, International Relations, Business Administration or equivalent
At least one year of relevant working experience.
Working experience in shopping mall operation or retail property management environment is a plus.
Ability to work independently and handle multitasks.
Good communication in both English and Vietnamese
Good appearance
Ability to handle confidential information
