Mô tả công việc
- Develop and test prototypes, iterate designs
- Work closely with manufacturing teams for risk assessments, update working process by photo/video to ERP system
- Identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization
- Discuss with the leader to get the best method to manufacture products with high efficiency and high profit
- Communicate technical concepts and collaborate with teams
- Update photo/ information/ video to Odoo Task daily
- Always follow other tasks as arranged and assigned by the Supervisor / HOD
- Research and implement alternative materials that contribute to cost reduction while maintaining or improving product quality and sustainability standards

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Engineering, or a related field
- 0 -3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of technology and trends in the furniture field.
- In-depth knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and furniture design principles.
- Carefully, enthusiastic, highly responsible, proactive, and supportive.
- Exceptional decision-making skills in strategic and operational contexts.
- Willing to learn, contribute, and be passionate in the furniture field.
- Proficient in INVENTOR software and other design tools, MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Basic English
- 0 -3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of technology and trends in the furniture field.
