I.Job Description:
Participate in the design, research, and improvement of products throughout the stages of simulation - modeling - detailed design - testing of components such as chassis, electrical systems, interiors, vehicle body, etc., using 3D CAD software. Coordinate with the production department to bring products into mass production.
II. Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Design
- Design 3D components for mechanical parts, chassis, electrical-electronic modules, interiors.
- Create models, assembly drawings, and detailed drawings using CAD software.
2. Technical Improvement & Testing Support
- Improve existing vehicle models: enhance durability and optimize components.
- Collaborate on testing and troubleshooting prototype errors.
3. Technology Transfer Coordination
- Receive design packages from partners (China, Japan).
- Support testing and act as a technical bridge.
4. Supervision of Maintenance & Safety
- Develop periodic maintenance plans for all production machinery and equipment.
- Inspect and approve repair/replacement requests.
- Supervise compliance with labor safety, fire prevention, and environmental standards.
5. Technical Documentation
- Prepare BOMs, assembly manuals, and technical specifications.
- Manage drawing data and ensure proper storage and updates.
6. New Product Development
- Provide technical design feedback during the development of new models.
- Coordinate with departments during the product R&D process.
