COMPANY INTRODUCTION:YUJIN KREVES Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing cutlery such as spoons, forks, and knives for European and American brands and handbag metal accessories for luxury brands. The company has been in operation for more than 20 years with three factories in Thu Duc and one new factory in Long An focusing on automation. *** ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Orientation, unity, team development to bring the highest efficiency in work.
*** YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Research and develop product
Analyze new sample, design drawings 3D, 2D and guideline for production.
Making plan, estimation volume for new samples, solving problems arising in the sampling
Monitoring and supervision: 3D, 2D drawing, making sample
Making 3D, 2D drawing if necessary
Connect and keep tracking on mold schedule, coordinate with production, QA,QC to solve arising problem
Support and connect to other departments about technical.
Supporting planning team to make BOM for production.
Checking parts and material from supplier before starting production
Contact and discuss with customer about requirements, technical, new sample or modification into drawing and report to customer if happen any issue.
Discuss with director about technical to choose best solution.
Making weekly report sample development schedule to R&D director.
Discuss with material supplier about technical
Trend research : cutlery, leather good, Accessory trend research.
Hardware design : design for US market, European market.
Hardware development : make construction. Counter soursing. Apply New material. Give new solution to buyer
Technical involve : make solution for production.
Metal sample build : make schedule . Follow up process. Leading development.
