Mô tả công việc
• Manage Customer Selection Exit Management (CSEM) progress including obtaining the required information adequately and appropriately, coordinating the Client Selection Committees and ensuring decisions and minutes are documented, analyzing of MI relating to the implementation of CSEM
• Coordinate within RBWM to ensure the compliance with record management policy
• Review and assess the risk implications and underlying control gaps in product/ project/ initiatives or during change or enhancement of local process and procedure to address resolutions
• Monitor and control the remediation of outstanding issues of RBWM to ensure actions are timely taken in alignment with local regulation and Group policy
• Conduct trainings/ briefings to RBWM management teams to ensure a high level of risk awareness and compliance
• Report of risk issues in accordance with set procedures and escalation policies
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor degree, having experience of project management
• Grasping the products features and operational procedures
• Having knowledge of operational risks, security risks, control monitoring, compliance and legal issues, audit standards, security system, familiarity with Retail banking and financial services products
• Communication, time management, planning and analytical skills
• Positive attitude to handle multi-tasks within particular deadline, to take over more duties and work under pressure
• The ability to work independently and work with various stakeholders
• Teamwork spirit
