Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with professional telephone etiquette, using a warm, clear, and engaging tone.
Provide specialized assistance in English and your native language to bridge cultural and linguistic gaps.
Efficiently route calls to the correct departments and log guest requests (In-room dining, Housekeeping, Maintenance).
Offer expert advice on resort facilities, local attractions, and dining options, tailoring recommendations to the guest's cultural background.
Act as a first-responder to guest concerns over the phone, using empathy and quick thinking to resolve issues before they escalate.
Serve as a clear, calm voice of authority during emergency situations, providing instructions to international guests in their preferred language.
Yêu cầu
Expatriate (Native or C2 level proficiency in English is mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort environment. Previous experience in a call center or front office role is highly preferred.
Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under high pressure.
Strong cultural awareness and emotional intelligence.
Proficiency in Hotel Management Systems.
Good looking appearance is an advantage.
