1. Reception:
• Welcome and assist visitors, candidates, partners, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming letters, and office correspondence.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting arrangements when needed.
• Ensure reception and meeting areas are tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
2. Admin:
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and stationery inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
• Handle office documentation, filing, invoices, and administrative records.
• Support travel, transportation, accommodation, and logistics arrangements for employees and guests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
• Provide administrative support and perform other assigned duties as required
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields.
• At least 6 months of experience in Administration, Reception, Office Support, Customer Service, or related roles is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Chinese communication skills are a strong advantage
• Female candidates preferred, with a polished appearance and professional manner.
