POSITION STATEMENT
This position plays a key role in the successful management of outstanding debts across business units within Crown Worldwide Ltd. with a focus on Records Management Services. In addition, this position will provide support to the Customer Service (CS) staff during their billing periods at month-end.
*MANAGE OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS
- Using e-Collect system and Aging Dashboard to display a detailed Aging Report;
- Inform customers of outstanding payments on a daily basis to ensure all invoices are paid timely in compliance with the payment terms contractually agreed;
- Update payment status into the Aging Report for account managers follow up;
- Inform the account manager of those accounts regularly failing to make payments timely as contractually agreed. Advising the manager of repeat offenders in order to take the appropriate action in a timely manner;
*SERVICE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
- Manage contract payment terms: Track all contract payment terms ensuring timely receipt of payment with collection of any overdue or outstanding payments;
*SUPPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM ON BILLING DAYS
- Support CS receiving and creating work orders from service request orders or web orders from customers when required.
- Note down any other information requests from customers to help CS prioritize to respond to customers timely;
*TEAM WORK
- Work and communicate across all business units and teams such as Sales, Customer Services, Accounting in order to ensure up to date and accurate data is available to accomplish the mentioned tasks.
Yêu cầu
- College/ University Degree.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Experience in Customer Services and debt collecting
- Prioritizes well, meets deadlines;
- Communicates well both verbally and in writing in English
- Creates accurate and punctual reports, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills;
- Deals with others in a straightforward and honest manner.
* Working location:
- Working hour: Monday to Friday 8.00AM-17.30PM
- Working place: Binh Thanh, HCMC.
