Duration: 4 - 6 months
Department: Recruitment Consultant Team
Reports To: Manager / Recruitment Team Leader
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our team at HRchannels Headhunter. This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry. You will assist with sourcing, screening, database management, and administrative recruitment tasks, while gaining insight into agency-based hiring across different industries and job levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist consultants in posting job ads on job boards and social media platforms
Source and screen candidate resumes based on specific job descriptions
Upload candidate CVs and relevant information into the recruitment database or Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Maintain and update candidate records with status changes
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, job details, and application updates
Conduct preliminary phone screenings, where appropriate, under supervision
Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and weekly reports
Assist in building and maintaining a talent pipeline for ongoing client requirements
Requirement
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
Interest in recruitment, or human resources industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with LinkedIn or online job portals is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
