Mô tả công việc
1. Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
2. Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
3. Monitor and assist Director of Human Resources with hiring processes and issues.
3. Advise on the appropriate method of recruitment i.e. internal or external posting, Marriott Recruitment Management, newspaper ad, job search website, recruitment agency, etc
4. Monitor the budgeting headcount.
5. Conduct the pre-selection interview and/ or testing to make sure that the candidate meets the minimum requirements for the job.
6. Maintain good relationships with all candidates and inform them on their recruitment status whether by phone, email, or letter.
7. Liaise with respective managers the preparation of all the documentation related to the hiring/ promotion/ transfer of every new Associate including expatriate associates. Co-ordinate with respective department to confirm the starting date.
8. Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems.
9. Assist with orientation of new employees.
9. Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards.
10. Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
11. Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property.
12. Serve as Human Resources subject matter expert and participate on project teams.
13. Train new hires on Human Resources processes, programs, policies, information systems, etc.
14. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
15. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
16. Carry out additional duties as requested by Director of Human Resources and Hotel Management.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a Human Resources management role either as a generalist, or in a specific role such as Recruitment Executive, in the hotel industry preferred.
- Good communication skills in English
