* Accounting:
- Performing general accounting duties in compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations of Vietnam, including but not limited to:
- Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking transactions and tax matters;
- Preparing payroll and arranging salary payments, as well as payments to suppliers, service providers and relevant authorities;
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual accounting reports and financial statements in accordance with the Company's reporting requirements and applicable statutory regulations;
- Dealing with external auditors in connection with the annual audit of the Company's financial statements.
* Professional:
- Assisting the General Director in coordinating, monitoring and ensuring the quality and compliance of professional services delivered by professional staff, following completion of the Company's professional training programmes.
* Office Administration & Human Resources:
- Organizing and providing administrative and back-office support to professional staff and the Company's management team;
- Assisting the General Director in recruitment, staff training, implementation of HR policies, maintenance of office disciplines and administrative procedures;
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned by the General Director.
Yêu cầu
* Requirements:
- Female, under 30 years of age, with a pleasant personality and professional appearance;
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance (graduates from the National Economics University, the Foreign Trade University and the Academy of Finance are preferred);
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant practical experience in accounting;
- High level of proficiency in both Vietnamese and English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, as well as MISA accounting software;
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity and attention to detail;
- Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
