As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our hiring efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Proactively sourcing potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and popular Vietnamese job posting sites.
Managing the entire candidate lifecycle, keeping track of the recruitment process stages and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
Regularly updating and maintaining our talent pool database to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Engaging with candidates, conducting follow-up communications, and providing updates on their application status.
Method: 100% Remote (all of our employees are from Hanoi, HCMC and we all work remotely)
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday to Friday
Yêu cầu
From 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, strong in sourcing and candidate management especially in high-level positions (Manager, C-level,...), headhunting base is a plus
Familiarity with various job posting sites in Vietnam and globally, with a keen ability to adapt to new platforms.
Good at English, capable of maintaining professional conversations with candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok,...) to support recruitment activities
