Mô tả công việc
Recruitment:
- Implement the recruitment plan and make sure all the vacancies are filled on time with high quality
- Search for candidates from various channels, come up with new method of recruitment for difficult positions
- Conduct screen phone interview & involve directly in interview with relevant heads of department
- Support and follow up the whole recruitment procedure
- Update and maintain the database of candidates
- Welcome newcomers and conduct orientation training
Employer Branding:
- Manage the employer branding activities on fanpage, linkedin, instagram
- Plan and organize different events to promote the employer brand
Others tasks as required by HR Manager
Yêu cầu
- Prefer candidates: 21-30 Years old
- Passionate in HR especially recruitment
- Have at least 1-2 year experience in recruitment
- Having working experience in head-hunting is an advantage
- Good knowledge about a variety of recruitment channels
- Good at sourcing and interview skills
- Good at critical thinking, analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Can-do attitude, proactive and dedicated
- Can work successfully under high pressure
- Good at English (750+ Toeic) and computer skills
- Candidates with working experience in multinational companies will be preferred
- Candidates with leadership skills will be preferred
