Mô tả công việc
RECRUITMENT (60%) & Employee and company branding (20%) :
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects;
- Involve in employer branding activities (workshop, job fairs);
-Take care of the company's social sites such as Facebook, Linkedin for making content to increase the reactions.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, screening resumes and interview support;
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database;
Admin (20%) :
- Support on-boarding and termination process including documentation preparation, communication to related department and onboard/off-board checklist;
- Make monthly/ periodically HR reports to submit authorities in accordance with law;
- Implement Visa, work permit for employees and foreigners as required.
- Organize internal activities
- Perform other tasks or initiatives that are directed by Manager
Yêu cầu
- At least 1 year experience in the same position and recruitment in IT field.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, detailed oriented, positive thinking and good at work ethic;
- Ability of working independent and teamwork with minimum supervising
