Job Purpose
This position is responsible for recruitment, talent & culture branding and providing administrative support to colleagues in the Talent & Culture function to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Talent & Culture initiatives and projects.
Primary Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
Process day-to-day Talent & Culture administration in an accurate and timely manner
Create and update employee data record in system
Create personal files and assist with general filing
Manage application of work passes under Ministry of Manpower
Prepare various letters and communication to employees
Prepare monthly employee newsletter
Organize and execute employees' social, athletic and recreational activities
Prepare and submit periodic Talent & Culture & Training reports
Update and track annual and probation period appraisals of all employees
Assist colleagues will all HR related queries and questions
Maintain a good working relations with all departments and all professional external contacts
Recruitment
Coordinate with the hiring managers on the recruitment of Rank & File employees based on approval by the divisional head and General Manager, following established standards, policies and procedures
Prepare and issue contracts to all new employees
Conduct and ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new hires as on- boarding program include local and expat.
Conduct recruitment and exit interviews for Rank & File employees.
Manage resignation and clearance procedures
Maintain good working relationships and partnerships with recruitment agencies / sources
Main in-charge of Interns/trainee hiring as the plan provided by Talent & Culture Manager.
Talent & Culture Branding
Oversees all employee branding strategies, plans, establishes and oversees the Talent & Culture's social media presence on, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,....
Incorporate setting up and managing an internal marketing system to promote job openings and career opportunities at the Resort.
Other Responsibilities
· Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
· Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
· Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
· Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management
Main Complexity/Critical issues in the Job
· The ability to manage information available in a sensitive and confidential manner
Yêu cầu
Knowledge and Experience
Diploma in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
Self-motivated and energetic
Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
