Mô tả công việc
1. Plan & Manage business activities
• Develop business plans, marketing and brand development, expanding centers in the area under your management;
• Implement marketing, sales, and customer care activities according to business orientation for each period;
• Coordinate, monitor, analyze and periodically evaluate the progress and effectiveness of implementing business and marketing goals;
• Responsible for the entire business performance of the region according to the established and agreed upon directions and strategies.
2. Operational management of school sites
• General management of all school personnel including CM (Center Manager), consultants, customer care staff, teachers, teaching assistants...;
• Directly handle problems that arise during school operations;
• Ensure working processes and coordination between departments and divisions at the school and general office;
• Coordinate with the Training Department and related departments to ensure operational indicators of classroom quality.
3. Human resource management
• Recruiting, training and building a team of human resources;
• Develop compensation policy and employee promotion roadmap;
• Build corporate culture based on agreed core values;
4. Responsible for customer diplomacy, image and public relations
• Build and develop relationships with major partners and customers;
• Build and manage the branch's customer network; set up customer data;
• Company representatives make announcements to partners and customers.
5. Report work
• Report work periodically to superiors (Company Board of Directors, Regional Director)
• Make reports to units, departments and branches according to regulations.
6. Working hours: From Monday to Saturday morning
- Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Lunch break 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.);
- Saturday morning: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
7. Location: According to assigned facility
Candidate requirements
Graduated from University or higher with majors: Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications...;
Experience: 2 years in equivalent position or positions related to management, operations, sales manager... ;
Experience in Sales, Operations, Training. Priority is given to candidates with experience in Education;
Good communication in English (an advantage);
Proficient in office ;
Ready to work;
