Regional Quality Director

1. To establish & implement the company's 'Internal' Quality Management System (QMS) & Standards, & continuously update it so as to keep abreast with the market's Requirements, with the emphasis on the scope that we are able to fulfill;
a. ALL Brands' Quality Requirements
b. ALL Brands' Testing Requirements
c. ALL Country Local Legal Requirements, if applicable
d. L&E adopted QMS, i.e. ISO9000 Standard
e. Any other NEW QMSes (as require by Brands) & Quality-related Requirements surface anytime
2. To monitor & follow-up with the respective Local Quality Reps on the implementation & execution of the company's QMS & Standards, via;
a. Qualification of Suppliers Management System; Suppliers Performance Assessment, the company's Quality Tools, i.e. 'Light-Standard-Dark' Color Chart, Samples Testing, In-Process Audit; Final Quality Check, Container Loading, etc., & any other Quality-related Requirements, etc., etc.....
b. To conduct regular meetings (either Group, or selected few) with the respective Local Quality Reps
3. To understand & execute respective Brands' Quality Requirements in our relevant Supply Base, via;
a. To work with respective Local Quality Reps (with the knowledge from respective Country Managers) on the implementation & execution of the respective Brands' Quality Requirements
b. To ensure Local Quality Reps conduct 'Pre-Prep' Audit before any audit designated by the Brands
c. To ensure Brands' Quality Audits findings & Corrective Action Plans are resolved & closed on-tim
4. To monitor & 'step-in' to resolve Critical Quality-related issue(s) from any Supplier Facility, via;
a. To meet-up with the 'affected' Facility along with the Local Quality Reps to express the concern & determine the effectiveness of Corrective Action Plans
b. To monitor & follow-up with the Local Quality Reps so as to ensure the prompt closing of the Critical Quality-related issue(s) & its effectiveness
5. To attend Brands' Quality-related training, & to discuss with respective Brands on any probable concerns/issues with regards to their Quality-related Requirements
6. To train & disseminate any NEW Quality-related Requirements to ALL Local Quality Reps
7. To continuously work with the Quality Team on improving the Company Quality-related Performances
8. To ensure Quality-related trainings are planned & provided for ALL Quality Team members so that they are qualified to conduct their audit effectively & efficiently
9. To manage & maintain the Company's Other Quality-related Programs, if applicable.
