A. Strategic and Sales Management:
· Develop and organize the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual Sell-In and Sell-Out targets by product, channel, and season.
· Establish 3-month rolling sales forecasts and take full responsibility for the accuracy of forecast data.
· Position products in the correct market segments and align them with the crop calendar of each sub-region.
· Develop action strategies to increase market share and expand the distribution network within the assigned area.
B. Distribution System and Customer Management:
· Maintain and develop sustainable relationships with C1 and C2 dealer systems.
· Support Market Development Managers (MDM) in evaluating, inspecting, and opening new C1 dealers to ensure compliance with company regulations.
· Oversee the accuracy and sufficiency of customer data (legal documents, pesticide trading certificates, contact information).
· Ensure dealer inventory levels are maintained at the required levels.
· Manage accounts receivable, establish dealer credit limits, and ensure timely debt collection to minimize bad debt risks.
C. Managing Regional Marketing and Demand Generation Operations:
· Responsible for developing and implementing KPIs for market demand generation in alignment with seasonal calendars.
· Lead and coordinate with relevant departments to organize dealer conventions, sales consultancies, and farmer field events.
· Ensure sales promotion programs and farmer programs are communicated promptly and accurately to the field team and beneficiaries.
· Strictly control the implementation of price dumping policies and other company compliance requirements.
D. Team Management and Operations:
· Directly manage the performance of
Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Market Development Managers (MDM).
· Execute HR tasks: Recruitment, task assignment, monthly KPI evaluation, coaching, and professional development training for subordinates.
· Control regional operating expenditures and provide timely reports on budget variances to the Head of Sales.
· Efficiently manage and coordinate company assets (pickup trucks, working equipment) within the assigned region.
