- Main responsibilities: The role involves driving profitable growth in the regional automotive sector through a well-defined sales strategy that aligns with global initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Strategy & Account Management: Develop and align sales strategies for regional customers, manage account relations, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and ensure effective order management. Execellent market analysis, strategic project development, and coordination across various departments to optimize performance and achieve organization objectives.
- Budget & Business Planning: Cooperate on annual budget planning with global sales, while maintaining a rolling 5-year business plan. Manage invoicing, returns, manual orders, and control lists, ensuring timely responses to customer requests and managing special inquiries.
- Team Development: Build and lead a sales team to meet market demands and ensure alignment with business development strategies, onboarding of new employees, trainees and interns
- Customer Relations: Maintain a robust network with customer accounts, enhance communication across departments, and handle complaints effectively.
- Operational Management: Oversee order processing, customer data maintenance, and demand forecasting while coordinating logistics and shipping
Yêu cầu
- Master degree of an university or similar institute in economics, business administration or any kind technical or textile engineering
- Experience in key account management / technical sales within the automotive industry
- Shows highly developed commercial negotiation skills in relations with senior partners on customer site
- Charismatic personality with experience in leadership roles, preferred in automotive or mobility B2B environment
- Has the ability to act strategically as well as finding hands on operational solutions
- Used to operate within international matrix organization
- Very good communication skills and intercultural competence
- Highly motivated personality with a natural authority to execute
- Project management skills will be an advantage
- Language skills: English fluent.
- Up to date skills in modern IT and communication tools. SAP knowledge and experience with CRM tools will be an advantage
